1. Material Modification – Adding Conductive Fillers: Adding conductive fillers such as carbon black and metal oxides to NBR. These fillers can form a conductive network inside the rubber, so that the electric charge can be conducted through these networks to avoid the accumulation of electric charge, so as to achieve the effect of anti-static.

2. The use of antistatic agent: in the glove formula to add antistatic agent, its molecules can be arranged in the glove surface orientation, hydrophilic groups towards the outside, absorbing moisture in the air to form a conductive layer, so that the electric charge can be dispersed in a timely manner, but also reduce the glove surface resistance to reduce the friction of electricity.

3. Production process control – Optimisation of vulcanisation process: Precise control of parameters such as vulcanisation temperature, time and pressure, etc., so that the rubber molecules can be cross-linked evenly and appropriately, to ensure that the conductive filler and antistatic agent are evenly dispersed, so that the antistatic properties can be stably exerted. – Surface treatment: special treatment on the surface of nitrile gloves, such as plasma treatment, chemical coating, etc., to change the surface chemical structure and properties of the gloves, increase the surface conductivity, and improve the anti-static ability.

4.Quality Inspection and Control – Static Performance Inspection: During the production process, we use professional inspection equipment, such as surface resistance tester, static decay tester, etc., to inspect the static performance of each batch of gloves to ensure that the anti-static performance of the products meets the standards. – Environmental control: the humidity and temperature of the production environment have an impact on the product’s electrostatic performance, strictly control the temperature and humidity of the production workshop, generally the humidity is maintained at 40%-60%, the temperature is at 20 ℃-25 ℃, to reduce the interference of environmental factors on the gloves’ anti-static performance
